February 2024 Summit Employee Spotlight: Kaden Cook

Every month we spotlight one of our employees so you can get to know us better. This month we bring you Kaden Cook. Kaden has been with Summit for 7 months. He is a Virtual CFO Senior Advisor here at Summit.

1. Do you love working from home or would you rather be in the office?
   I only work remote with the VCFO Team, and I like it that way so far!

2. What’s your number one tip for combating distractions when working from home?
   Only work when you are at your desk, that way you don't create habits of distraction at work.

3. Are you an early bird or night owl?

   Early bird.

4. Do you play any sports?
   Ski, rock climb, and basketball.

5. What’s your caffeinated beverage of choice? Coffee? Cola? Tea?

   Monster Zero Ultra (the white one).

6. Best book you’ve ever read?
   The Ultimate Gift.

7. What would your superpower be and why?
   To fly. Then I could see the world!

8. Do you think you could live without your smartphone (or other technology item) for 24 hours?
   Yes

9. If you could do anything in the world as your career, what would you do?
   Vlogger for snow sports.

10. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

    Life is not fair to anyone, so don’t compare.
