Chelsea Carlson

While in school, business finances captured Chelsea’s attention, which later led to accounting. During her final college years, she assisted the IRS to retrieve financial data on a client for audit analysis. There is where she learned the importance of financial accuracy in a business. Coincidentally through her previous job as a property accountant, Chelsea had interactions with the same client 7 years after their initial meeting! The importance of client trust and financial integrity continues to drive her.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Winona State University. She plans to finalize her credits to become a CPA candidate in the near future, and sit for the CPA exam.

Maintaining her health and wellness is important to Chelsea. An easy way to clear her head is running outside with the music playing. Being outdoors is a great escape... she recently moved from the med-city to a peaceful, small town with her husband and 2 dogs. Spending time at home has always been something Chelsea looks forward to, whether it's relaxing in the hot tub or doing house projects. She takes annual trips with friends 1 to 2 times a year, usually on a lake up north.
