Felicia Menke

Felicia began her professional career in Healthcare Management overseeing operations for Dementia Care Communities. While this was one of the most rewarding roles she's held, she made the difficult decision to change career paths during the pandemic. Her love for numbers led her to go back to school to pursue a degree in accounting. Over the last few years, she's developed a passion for payroll and enjoys keeping up to date on the everchanging laws. She says her favorite part of her current role is giving her clients peace of mind that their payroll account is in good hands.

Felicia graduated from Kaskaskia College with her degree in Business Accounting. She plans to obtain her Certified Payroll Professional Designation in the Fall of 2024.

Felicia and her husband, Tyler, spend most of their free time with their two sons, Jude and Oliver. They love being outdoors hiking, gardening, and watching their boys play sports. She also loves reading, baking, and hanging out with their two cats, Nico and Leila, and dog Luna.
