Pricing Policy 

Summit CPA’s pricing policy is fixed. This means we charge your company a set price based on specific criteria. Our quotes are not estimates. When you receive a quote from one of our authorized representatives this price is all encompassing and there will be no hidden costs or miscellaneous fees. You will know exactly what it will cost you prior to accepting the engagement.  Our quote is based on the information given.  We stand behind our quote. However, if the actual circumstances of the agreed upon engagement is different then the information initially given, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. 

Payment Policy

All fees are due paid-in-full prior to work being released. The client has several options for payment. 

Policy for Compilations, Reviews, & Audits.

  1. Full payment prior to start of engagement – 10% Discount
  2. Payment of fifty percent (50%) required prior to engagement with the remainder of the balance due before work is released.

Policy for Corporate and Individual Tax Returns.

  1. Full payment prior to start of engagement – 10% Discount
  2. Payment due in full upon completion and due before work is released.

Policy for Bundled Accounting & Bookkeeping Packages

  1. Payment is due in full on the Monday of each week for the current week – Discounts are automatically included in monthly fee.
  2. Payment will be directly debited from the clients checking account at that time.

Policy for Payroll Only Accounts

  1. Payment is due in full at the time of the payroll run.
  2. Payment will be directly debited from the clients checking account at that time.

Estate & Trust Administration & Tax Returns
 
Due to the complexity and uncertainty of Estate & Trust Administration, all fees are billed at an hourly rate of $225.00 per hour with a minimum amout due of $3,000 per fiscal year. 
 
 
IRS Correspondence/Audit Fees
 
Due to the complexity and uncertainty of Correspondence with the IRS, all fees are billed at an hourly rate of $225.00 per hour.
