Certified Public Accountant
Adam is a Partner with Summit CPA Group, where he primarily focuses his attention on meeting with clients on monthly & quarterly basis helping them with all areas of strategic business planning. Adam is also an integral part of our Audit team with a focus on HUD Audits, 401K Audits, and Health & Welfare Benefit Plan Audits. Adam enjoys working in public accounting because it affords him the opportunity to work more closely with his clients, which assists him in providing the best professional care possible.
Professional Experience
Adam has served as an accounting professional in public accounting ever since he graduated from college in 2001. Adam is a member of the Indiana CPA Society as well as the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). Adam served the community by volunteering his accounting services to the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program where he worked intently on preparing tax returns for people that could not afford an accountant.
Education
Adam graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as his Associate's in Business Management. While attending college, Adam was awarded the "Who's Who" among college students award. Adam also made the dean's list several times as a student at Indiana University. In addition his collegiate training Adam has had extensive QuickBooks training and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Personal Profile
Adam is married to Laura, a manager with Iron Mountain, for with whom he has three children. They reside on the north side of Fort Wayne where they built their home and enjoy participating in sports and other various outdoor activities. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, working on their home, and spending time with their family and friends.
